- 4 pcs. salmon steaks
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- 1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, green onions, lime juice, lime zest, garlic salt, salt, and pepper.
Lay the 4 pieces of salmon on a tray or shallow plate.
Pour the olive oil mix onto the salmon steaks and rub on both sides.
Make sure the salmon steaks are evenly coated in the oil.
Let sit in the fridge for about 1-2 hours. Check occasionally and turn as needed.
Preheat a grill pan over medium heat.
Place the salmon steaks and cook for 4-5 minutes per side.
Serve on a plate and garnish with some green onions.
