- 3 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp salt
Gently mash the avocados with a fork in a large bowl.
Add lime juice and salt.
Mix in tomatoes, cilantro, onion, and garlic.
Refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
