- 1 pack smoked salmon
- 1 pack thin crust flatbread
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 pack arugula
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Put yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, fresh dill, and fresh chives in a bowl.
Add desired amount of salt and pepper, then mix well until smooth and even.
Cut the flatbread into 6-inch squares.
Spread desired amount of the yogurt mix on one half of the flatbread.
Top with desired amount of smoked salmon slices.
Add desired amount of arugula.
Fold over the “empty” half of the flat bread.
Heat up the folded flatbread sandwich in a toaster oven or a sandwich press.
