- 1/2 pound fresh shrimp. peeled and drained
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli flowers/florets
- 1 cup fresh snow peas
- 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- 2 tsp rice wine (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Heat up oil in a wok over medium heat.
Saute garlic and onions for about a minute or until translucent.
Add in broccoli, red bell pepper, and snow peas and mix well.
Add in shrimp, mix well, and cook until shrimp turns pink.
Optionally add rice wine.
Season with light soy, salt, and pepper.
Turn off heat and serve on a large plate.
Drizzle with a few drops of sesame oil.
