- 2 lbs rack of beef ribs
- 2 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- olive oil
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. This constitues your rub.
Drizzle both sides of the beef ribs with olive oil and massage until evenly covered.
Apply the dry rub and thoroughly cover both sides of the oiled ribs.
Place on a rack over a roasting pan.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in an oven for 3-4 hours at 250 degrees F or until tender.
Remove the foil and leave in oven for another 3-4 minutes.
Serve with your favorite side dish and enjoy.
