Club Sandwich


  • 6 slices whole wheat bread
  • 4 slices deli turkey breast
  • 4 slices deli ham
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese singles
  • tomato, sliced
  • lettuce leaves
  • lite mayonnaise
  • Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • some toothpicks

Mix the lite mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
Add desired amount of salt and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
Apply mayo-mustard mix on one side of each slice of bread.
Lay the bread slices mayo side up.
One 2 slices of bread, add 1 lettuce leaf, 2 slices of ham, and 1 cheese single.
Layer a slice of bread each on these, mayo-side up again.
One the second layer, add 2 slices of turkey breast, 2 slices of bacon, 1 cheese single, and a 2 slices of tomato.
Cover with the last 2 slices of bread, this time mayo-side down.
Hold sandwich together using toothpicks.
Optionally cut the sandwich into triangle halves or quarters.
Serve with you favorite brand of potato chips.
