Ingredients:
- 2 boneless (skinless) chicken breast halves, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups broccoli flowers
- 1 thumb-sized ginger, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp salt
Directions:
In a bowl, dissolve corn starch and brown sugar with water. Mix in oyster sauce and mix well until smooth. Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add in garlic, onion, ginger and stir for 1-2 minutes or until translucent.
Add in chicken chunks and cook throughly (about 5 minutes).
Add in broccoli and red bell pepper and cook for another 2 minutes. Stir everything well.
Pour in the cornstarch and oyster sauce mix and mix well together.
Cook until sauce thickens.
Drizzle with sesame oil and then serve with white rice.
