Recipe Submission Agreement

When you submit a Recipe or Content to QuickRecipe.xyz, you are signifying your agreement to and acceptance of all terms and conditions of this Submission Agreement as well as the terms and conditions contained in the Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy that govern your relationship with QuickRecipe.xyz.

QuickRecipe.xyz reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Submission Agreement at any time as described in our Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any and all the terms and conditions of this Submission Agreement, then immediately discontinue your use of the content on QuickRecipe.xyz. By continuing to use any or all of the content on QuickRecipe.xyz, you are agreeing to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Submission Agreement.

You certify that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any content to us. If you are a minor within the ages of 13 to 18, you may submit content only with the permission of and under the direct supervision of your parents or legal guardians. If you are a parent or legal guardian agreeing to these rules for the benefit of a minor between 13 and 18 years of age, be advised that you are fully responsible for his or her submissions and any legal liability that may arise from his or her submissions.

You are solely responsible and liable for submissions and the consequences thereof made under your name, email address, and your profile information (if any).

You understand and agree that QuickRecipe.xyz and of its partners are not responsible for any user submitted content.

You agree to submit recipes and similar content that do not constitute "unauthorized submission". QuickRecipe.xyz reserves the right to refuse, reject or remove any and all unauthorized submissions or any content submitted through QuickRecipe.xyz's web site. These include, but are not limited to, content that:

is infringing upon or violating the copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of any third party;
is obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or sexually explicit;
is in violation of any local, state, national, or international law;
is advocating illegal and/or violent acts;
is prejudicial to any third party on the basis of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin;
is hateful, or intending to intimidate or harass any third party;
contains libelous, defamatory, or derogatory name-calling;

You understand and agree that we have the right, but not the obligation, to remove content that we deem to be inappropriate for any reason whatsoever without prior notice.

You agree to indemnify QuickRecipe.xyz and its members, affiliates and every person that it is connected with, from and against losses, damages, and expenses, including attorneys' fees which may result from any claim brought by any third party pertaining to content you have submitted.

You certify that you have the permission of others who have contributed to or are featured in any recipe or content you submit.

For any recipe or content that you submit, you give QuickRecipe.xyz full and unfettered permission to use such content. You hereby grant to QuickRecipe.xyz a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, exclusive, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, incorporate into other works, distribute, perform, display, and otherwise exploit such content, in whole or in part in any form, media or technology now known or later developed.

You hereby grant to QuickRecipe.xyz, its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, assignees, licensees and legal representatives, a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, exclusive right and sublicensable licence to:

use, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, publish, publicly perform and publicly display the recipe and content, in whole or in part;
modify, adapt, translate and create derivative works from the recipe and content, in whole or in part; and
sublicence the aforementioned rights, in whole or in part, to any third party, for commercial purposes, with or without fees.

You certify that you are legally competent to enter into this Agreement and yyou fully understand that the representations contained in this Agreement are contractual and not mere recital.

You fully understand the contents of this Agreement and you are entering into this Agreement on your own free act. By checking "I have read and agree to the Recipe Submission Agreement," you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted all of the provisions of this Agreement in their entirety and without reservation and that you have all the necessary rights to so agree.
