Double Crispy Fried Potatoes, Potato Roll Chips, 3 Ingredients

What you’ll need for make Crispy Potatoes:

  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 tbsp of cornstarch
  • oil
  • salt


Using a grater, thinly slice 3 potatoes into chips and put them in lukewarm water for 3 minutes. Pick up the sliced potatoes one by one and dry them. Then completely cover both sides of each sliced potato with corn starch. Skewer each one in sticks then fry them in hot oil. Take them out of the oil, drain and remove from sticks. Put the chips in a bowl and season with salt and parsley powder then shake. Enjoy!
